If things are getting out of shape:
To reshape your tray spray all over with water to make it damp and pliable and using your hands, carefully reshape back to its original glory.
Allow to dry naturally and thoroughly on a flat surface and all will be well. In fact, these grasses benefit from the moisture, preventing dryness and the risk of becoming brittle over time.
So never be afraid to give your tray a good wipe over with a damp cloth and a touch of fairy liquid.
