Weleda Arnica Massage Oil 100ml

A warming massage oil for use before and after sport or any strenuous activity. Sunflower and olive oils are blended with extracts of arnica flowers and birch leaves. Rosemary and lavender give it its scent.

Warm up, or warm down

Used before activity, a vigorous massage with the oil warms the muscles. Used afterwards, it works as part of a slower rub down. It is a long-standing favourite with athletes, outdoor workers and anyone who asks a lot of their body.

How it is used

Massage a few drops into the muscles before or after activity, or apply with a gentle massage after a bath or shower. Do not apply to broken skin.
