A green droplet under an openwork gold motif
A polished jade cabochon hangs below a pierced, ornate gold motif, with a small green stone set at its centre. The drop is 3cm from the ear, which keeps it dainty rather than dramatic.
Deep green, with light in it
The jade is a strong emerald green and has some translucency, so it lifts and glows a little when the light comes through it rather than reading as a flat green bead.
Hook wires, easy to put on
A good sized hook wire, so they are simple to put in without hunting for the hole.
18ct gold plated
The setting and wires are 18ct gold plated.
Looking after them
Take them off before washing, swimming or putting on perfume and body lotion. Jade is best cleaned with a soft dry cloth, and it should be kept away from heat, household chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners.
