Tall Solid Pillar Candle, Petrol Blue

A colour from the 1934 dictionary

Petrol Blue, poured as a solid pillar candle. The colour comes from the British Colour Council's Dictionary of Colour Standards, the reference system British industry used from the 1930s until it fell out of use in the 1950s.

Hand poured, paraffin free

Made in 100 per cent vegetable derived stearin wax with a pure cotton wick.

These tall pillars are made to sit on the pressed aluminium candle stand, sold separately.

Burning it well

Best lit for four hours at a time. Stop burning when 2cm of unmelted candle remains, and leave 10cm between candles when several are lit together.
